Reservation Information
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation of treatments. The client must call the spa in order to cancel appointments. We do not accept E mails for cancellation purposes. All missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged the full amount. A credit card number is needed to hold your reservation.
Prices are subject to change without notice. In certain instances, our fee schedule may change before our website does. Please confirm prices with our reservationists while booking your appointment.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to ensure a full treatment session. Please note that we may not be able to extend treatment sessions which start after the scheduled appointment time.
Glow Skin Spa Certificate Information
To purchase a Certificate please call us at 905 794 4100 or purchase a Certificate at our location.
Certificates must be presented at the time of redemption. Unfortunately, lost or stolen cards cannot be honored.
A spa credit will be issued in lieu of a cash refund for gift certificates, services or products purchased.
We do not give discounts, even 10% first time client discounts on Glow Skin Spa, Spa Finder or Spa Wish gift certificates.
Return Policy
Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase date. No refunds. Returns are for credit only.
How much should I tip?
Our prices do not include gratuities. All guest should feel no obligation to offer a gratuity if you were unhappy with your service (please let us know if that is the case). Gratuities generally range from 15%-20% of the price of the service. Feel free to provide larger gratuities for exceptional service.
What if I have any health or medical conditions?
Please alert your therapist if you are: pregnant, have muscle or joint injuries, are using Retin-A, Accutane, or any photosensitizing or keratolytic medications, or have had recent laser or plastic surgery. Any of the above conditions may affect our ability to perform your requested treatment
What should I be telling my therapist?
During your treatment let your therapist know if you feel any discomfort or would like special attention on a particular area. The best treatments will come from honest communication with your therapist. |
